The Management Team is currently developing a three-year Strategic Plan to address the PGUAS organizational, programmatic and operational goals and activities.
The Management Team met for two days in March and will meet for two days in April to finalize their new Strategic Plan. In April, the Management Team will be working on the constructing programmatic approaches and goals based in the four community-identified priority areas of:
- Elder Care;
- Trades Training;
- Health & Wellness; and,
- Youth & After School Programming.
