Objectives / Roles

The PGUAS Management Team has several roles:

  1. Supporting the vision of the Urban Aboriginal Strategy to ensure community decision making;
  2. Supporting and assisting with project development, partnerships, and linkages;
  3. Determining and providing the overall strategic direction;
  4. Implementing the communications strategy by ensuring and soliciting ongoing, reciprocal community input; and
  5. Recommending and participating in the approval of projects and funding allocations.
